Nithin Baalay: CEOA product guy, loves the web, believer of the lean startup idea and a computer science engineer. He is extremely passionate about everything related to the web and is responsible for leading the product design and end-to-end activities at SayShaadi.
After moving back from the U.S in 2010, Nithin served as the Chief Technology Officer at BuyThePrice.com, an eCommerce venture, which was later acquired by Tradus. He played a key role in creating one of the fastest and slickest ecommerce portals in India and was instrumental in increasing the traffic and revenue multi-fold. Previous to Buytheprice, Nithin worked for World Media Group, a web startup which owns some of the best web properties in the world. He was the Managing Director at India.com, a horizontal web portal along with @india.com email addresses and also worked on travel technology. He comes with a strong Ivy League educational background from Columbia University where he pursued his Masters and holds a Bachelors Degree from CBIT, Osmania University in Computer Science and Engineering.
Asrith Reddy: Head of OperationsA solutions architect at heart, Asrith enjoys solving complex business problems, particularly with operations and marketing initiatives. He is a savvy business analyst, who is unafraid to get his hands dirty and do ground-level work as well. From market research studies to website overhauls, Asrith's skills are multi-faceted, and ever useful in the startup world. At SayShaadi, his primary role is heading vendor intitiatives.
His refreshed marketing strategies have revitalized companies which he has worked for in the past. With a Masters from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio and extensive experience working with companies in both the US & India, Asrith brings a unique global perspective to the table. He's one of the busiest people at SayShaadi, and we're privileged to have him on board.
